ತಿರುಪತಿ: ಜಗತ್ತಿನ ಶ್ರೀಮಂತ ದೇಗುಲ ಎಂಬ ಕೀರ್ತಿಗೆ ಭಾಜನವಾಗಿರುವ ತಿರುಪತಿ ತಿರುಮಲ ದೇಗುಲದ ದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಕಾಯ್ದಿರಿಸಲು ಮುಂದಾದ ಭಕ್ತರು ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ದೋಷದಿಂದ ಬುಕ್ ಮಾಡಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗದೇ ಹೈರಾಣಾದ ಘಟನೆ ನಡೆದಿದೆ.
Can TTD (Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanam) look into their online booking experience? I can say it’s the worst service…The website took ages to load, crashes continuously, and the mother of all problem is payments!! Sucks…pilgrims wait for whole month for this worst experience

ಹೌದು.. ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ ತಿಂಗಳ ಕೋಟದ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಗಳ ಬುಕ್ಕಿಂಗ್ ಇಂದು ಬೆಳಗ್ಗೆ 9 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಆರಂಭವಾಯಿತು. ಆರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರಿ ಇದ್ದ ಬುಕ್ಕಿಂಗ್ ವೆಬ್ ಸೈಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಬಳಿಕ ಸರ್ವರ್ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಕಂಡುಬಂದಿತು. ಲಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ಮಂದಿ ಒಮ್ಮೆಲೇ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಬುಕ್ಕಿಂಗ್ ಗೆ ಮುಂದಾಗಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಸರ್ವರ್ ಡೌನ್ ಅಗಿ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಮಂದಿಗೆ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಬುಕ್ಕಿಂಗ್ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಿಲ್ಲ.
ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ನೋಡ ನೋಡುತ್ತಲೇ ಕೇವಲ 2.5 ಗಂಟೆಯಲ್ಲೇ ಇಡೀ ತಿಂಗಳ ಕೋಟಾ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಗಳು ಬಹುತೇಕ ಬುಕ್ ಆಗಿವೆ. ಆದರೆ ಬಹುತೇಕ ಮಂದಿ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಬುಕ್ಕಿಂಗ್ ವೇಳೆ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳು ಎದುರಾದ ಕುರಿತು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಜಾಲತಾಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ದೂರಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನೂತನ ಬುಕ್ಕಿಂಗ್ ಪೋರ್ಟಲ್ ಬಳಕೆದಾರ ಸ್ನೇಹಿಯಾಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ದೋಷಗಳಿವೆ. ಲಾಗಿನ್ ಆದರೆ ಪೇಮೆಂಟ್ ವೇಳೆ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಕೆಲವರಿಗೆ ಲಾಗಿನ್ ಕೂಡ ತಡವಾಗಿ ಆಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಈ ಹಿಂದಿನ ಪೋರ್ಟಲ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂತಹ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಈ ಬಾರಿಯೂ ತಮ್ಮ ದರ್ಶನ ಇಚ್ಚೆ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳ್ಳಲಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಭಕ್ತರು ಅಸಮಾಧಾನ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
The service was way better when we go to nearby official TTD booking center to book the tickets. Digitalisation should make things easier, here it’s getting complicated. Please work on the website traffic and ask the IT team to solve it…Idk what they are doing!!

ಇನ್ನು ಕೊರೋನಾ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಟಿಟಿಡಿ ಬುಕ್ಕಿಂಗ್ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬುಕ್ಕಿಂಗ್ ಅನ್ನು ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕವಾಗಿ ರದ್ದು ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದೂ ಕೂಡ ಹಿನ್ನಡೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಆನ್ ಲೈನ್ ಬುಕ್ಕಿಂಗ್ ನಿಂದ ಮಾತ್ರ ದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ದೋಷದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಭಕ್ತರು ತಿಮ್ಮಪ್ಪನ ದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಪರದಾಡುವಂತಾಗಿದೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಭಕ್ತರು ಆಂಧ್ರ ಪ್ರದೇಶ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಟಿಟಿಡಿ ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಜಾಲತಾಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆಕ್ರೋಶ ಹೊರಹಾಕುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
Worst Website, previous ttdsevaonline was much better, it was not like login itself not happening. Not sure if someone controls the tickets @ysjagan the new TTD booking website is really bad, plz take action. Prev one was better

Whats wrong with TTD online booking, online booking login didn't work since released of 300 tickets.
Poor TTD administraion since new govt formed .
Really disappointed, from Telangana.

@yvsubbareddymp .. Sir I tried 2 hours to book TTD 300 rs entry Darshan today but unable to login into your site . Last month also tried ... I don't know who is booking released tickets.. I enquired my friends they are also facing same issue .. please look into this
